Field Terms & Conditions
Responsibility
We hold liability insurance however East Shaws Boarding Kennels & Cattery Ltd will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the hire of our field. Use of the field shall be entirely at the users/hirer’s own risk. We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property. All vehicles parked on the property are left at their owner's risk, we accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise.
Dog Health and Handling
All dogs using our field must be fully up to date with their vaccinations, we would prefer this to include kennel cough vaccine, however, if not this is entirely at the owner's own risk. Please keep your dog's up to date with flea and worming, if your dog shows any sign of ill health, please cancel your session. We will not be held responsible for your dog escaping from our field, during field hire the client is to be held responsible for their dog at all times. Harsh handling or the use of harsh devices such as prong collars and electronic collars are not allowed. Do not enter the field until the previous owner has securely exited the field with their dog and always keep dogs on the lead when not in the secure field.
Each booking slot is for 50 minutes with a 10-minute changeover, please exit the field in this time so that it is vacant for the next persons booking. If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended. Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner. It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog. Please use the shovels provided and place any poo in the disposal area, if you would like to use poo bags then please take these home with you as we cannot dispose of the plastic bags. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the gate is locked from the inside whilst in the field. No litter is to be leh in the field as this presents a risk to users and their dogs.
Payments, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Payment for field hire are made prior to arrival. Any appointments cancelled will not be refunded.
The field
This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the client accepts that the landowner (East Shaws Boarding Kennels & Cattery Ltd) maintains control and possession of the field at all times. We inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security and safety, but please notify a member of staff if you have any concerns. CCTV is in operation. Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), ground conditions, fence height, proximity to farm animals and machinery, etc. During poor weather the field may be muddy and waterproof boots are advised.
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Gate Code
Will be sent via email once a booking has been made.

General
We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all Claims against East Shaws Boarding Kennels & battery Ltd.
